How It Works

Ride Confirmation and Payment: The passenger confirms the ride, and the payment (in cryptocurrency or platform tokens) is held in escrow on the blockchain.

Ride Completion and Feedback: Upon completion of the ride, the payment is released from escrow to the driver, and both parties rate each other. This feedback is recorded securely on the blockchain.

Reputation and Dispute Resolution: Any disputes are handled by predefined smart contract rules, ensuring fairness. The reputation system ensures drivers and passengers build trustworthy profiles over time.

Transaction Recording: All ride details, including fare, distance, time, and feedback, are recorded on the blockchain for transparency and traceability.
