Objective

To build a web-based platform where users can create, manage, and attend virtual events. The system allows organizers to host events online, and participants to register and join those events remotely.

User Registration and Login
Allows different users (organizers, attendees) to sign up and access their respective dashboards.

Organizers can create new events, set event dates and times, and include relevant information for attendees.

Attendees can browse upcoming events and register for the ones they are interested in.

Virtual Event Access
On the day of the event, participants can join the session through video links provided by the organizer.

Admin Dashboard
The admin can monitor all platform activities including user registrations, events created, and feedback submitted.

Feedback and Ratings
After attending an event, users can provide feedback to help improve future sessions.

Email Notifications
The system can send confirmation emails, event reminders, and updates automatically.
